Hi To avoid this crap/spam, please add these hosts for RBL check on the listserver's SMTP (grabbed from SpamCop.net on analysis on the message):

If yes, please block it. Next, when signing up add a statement with something like this: "If you accept these terms, you are (1) acknowledging that recipients of the vserver mailing-list do not want to receive bulk mail and anonymous mail; (2) confirming that your messaging is not part of a bulk mailing or mail categorized as UCE/SPAM; and (3) agreeing to pay each recipient $250 if your message is anonymous or part of a bulk UCE/SPAM mailing."
