Hello, I just deployed vserver on production server and encountered strange thing about limits - I set those in /etc/security/limits.conf, and I had something like this: * soft nproc 80 * hard nproc 89 and I had exception for myself - 90/150. I took whole machines, tarred it, and then deployed it inside vserver ( after cleaing /dev and some of /etc/init.d/ thingies ), and after that move suddenly users started hitting limit - with only 10 processess.. After I raised the limit 120 things started working fine... Could it be that it's somehow vserver's fault?
