Hmmm. Can't quite 100% follow what you're after (I'm guessing you may want
to save money by bonding two cheap DSL lines, rather than getting a leased-
line?).
I don't think this is really a `vserver' thing (could be wrong, since I'm
not sure what you're after). I think you maybe be after ``policy based
routeing''--use the "ip route" command under Linux.

Assuming that your ISP/DSL-provider isn't filtering IP traffic coming from
the "wrong" DSL line, then you can balance the /outgoing/ traffic, yes.
This doesn't work with the inbound traffic.
Perhaps if you could give a more detailed description, or re-explain it in a
slightly different way then somebody might be able to help you further,
