The problem seems to be that the directory was never added in the datacache.VssAction.tmp.txt file, and it was also never added to the svn repo. I'm going to try the conversion from scratch and see what happens. This takes several hours, so I'll let you know the outcome tomorrow.
Isn't living on the bleeding edge fun ;-) I just found that I removed a line that broke the delete_handler. So please check out the last version again.
