I have a few files that aren't being converted properly. Of such
files, the full history is available in the orphaned directory. Is
this a case of the timestamp being off?
$ grep element.cpp datachache.PhysicalAction.tmp.txt
133590 WNQDAAAA 1 \N ADD element.cpp 2
1049972931 Bob3 0 \N 1 AAAADQNW 0
\N \N
151704 WNQDAAAA \N ZEECAAAA ADD element.cpp

If this is the prblem, are there any suggested fixes?
I had a discussion with Jason about this also in the last week. You
could try to remove the time constraint in the SQL query in the
GetChildRecs function as suggested in the following mail:
