Local VSS database to hosted Subversion?

I have a VSS sourcecode database saved on a dvd. I am looking at getting Subversion hosted. Would it be possible to use the script to convert from my local VSS database (without vss client and vss database copied to hard drive of course) to a hosted Subverison database?
