I'm thinking about, whether we need this timediff anyway. Since we have
the SanityChecker a lot of conversion errors are picked up later. I
think Toby did it in the first place since he wanted to be on the safe
side.
I haven't really checked, but how many groups are there of actions? I
can see there could be:
* Single actions that are either exclusively in the parent or the child
record. Like SHARE.
* Unique pairs. Like the ADD, there should only be exactly one parent
and one child record for each ID.
* Multiple parent/child record that aren't unique in the ID or anything
else. The timestamp is the only way to get an indication of what matches
what. COMMIT ?
