The file did contain nothing. I have removed the file and I am attempting to rerun, thank you.

Then rerun the conversion. I don't know exactly when this zero files happen. ssphys tries to decode the file, but fails and will report an non zero error. Currently vss2svn is intentionally dying at this point. But this must not be the case. We can simply continue and report the error at the end.
