Not if the OS is Linux (where I'm hosting my Subversion repos via Apache),
and the conversion is being done after the files were copied from a Windows
system. Ideally the code page should be fetched from the command line.
I can build a new version if it's buildable under Visual Studio 6.0. Just
point me to the source and where to patch.
