I noticed on your blog that mentioned a write-up comparing VSS, Subversion and SourceGear Vault. Is that anywhere public? I'm currently compiling a comparison myself because we need to move away from our 10 gig VSS database ASAP. But I need to make sure that we would be doing the right thing by converting to Subversion. I'm curious to see what you wrote about it.
Thanks, Nathan On 11/2/06, Bill Mill <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> wrote:
Hello all, I wrote a little python script to go through my repository after conversion with vss2svn and delete all *.scc files, as well as clean up the source control crap in csproj, vdproj, and sln files. The script is at http://billmill.org/static/files/clean_up_sourcesafe.py , and I wrote about it on my blog at http://billmill.org/ss2svn . Thanks for the kickass conversion script, Bill Mill bill.mill at gmail.com _______________________________________________ vss2svn-users mailing list Project homepage: http://www.pumacode.org/projects/vss2svn/ Subscribe/Unsubscribe/Admin: http://lists.pumacode.org/mailman/listinfo/vss2svn-users-lists.pumacode.org Mailing list web interface (with searchable archives): http://dir.gmane.org/gmane.comp.version-control.subversion.vss2svn.user
