No problem, this is only a warning that we found an addition of an item,
that was later destroyed. So there is no chance to recover this item. At
the time, we add this item, we don't know, that it will be destroyed
later, so we can't do more, than complaining about a probably repository
error.
Since this is one of the most question, we should simply remove this
warning message. It is of no use for understanding the conversion.

this is working here, so please check
* that you really have a c:\program files\.... directory
* that you have a data directory within this root directory
* try again with forward slashes instead of backslashes

If not try to pack the path into ""
Vss2svn --vssdir "c:\program files\Microsoft visual studio\common\vss"
