I had to do a byte-level comparison between a GetLatest from VSS and a full update from SVN. If you find differences, there they are, if you don't, then they are some historical versions that VSS forgot about or something weird happened. When I migrated mine, I had 3 or 4 files left thati couldn't place their proper location.
