Yeah. I see there are at least three different programs written by different people. The one at your site, the one that I am using, and another that has since changed it's name to VSSMigrate.
Installing VSS2005 has gotten me past the error. I will use it and possibly check it's results against the app at pumacode as well as the others. I am looking into moving a rather large VSS database over and want to make sure that it all comes over with all the history. I have heard that some of the tools don't handle pinning or labels very well, and want to make sure they come over fine. This mailing list is for the one hosted at http://www.pumacode.org/projects/vss2svn/ , which does not have a GUI component and does not require VSS to be installed since it reads the VSS database directly. toby
