What steps are you using to checkout from the cvs tree?
I used the following:
(set the following environment variables or else you have to put it on the
command line as an argument)
export CVSROOT=:pserver:[EMAIL PROTECTED]:/cvsroot/vtcl
cvs login
(hit return for password - this is anonymous login which allows checkout)
cvs -z3 co .
(for checking out the tree)
(modify vtcl for your environment - location of wish and vtcl)
(run vtcl)
