I have an PowerMac 604e/250 (Umax Pulsar -- what's the international name?)
but wasn't able to start tcl/tk8.3 (with different fixes) on MacOS 8.5.1
and 8.6.  So by the time, the new 8.3.1 arrives I was able to jump in.
