I think a Tcl/Incr Tcl based tool for UML modeling would be terrific! Today
I am using Rational Rose, which can generate C++, Java, or IDL from the UML
class diagrams. But I have to hand-code any Itcl classes.
I am pretty sure that vtcl is _not_ the tool for this kind of thing, though.
Vtcl is for GUIs and widgets. A diagramming tool built on Tycho's "slate"
or even Impress might be more practical.
