This is linked to the incomplete support for IWidgets in vTcl 1.2.2.
(I call TclPro widgets IWidgets, because they are part of a package
called IWidgets, itself part of the [incr Tcl/Tk] extension).
You should see the TclPro widgets in the widget tree and be
able to select them this way, and they should appear in the attribute
editor.
Vtcl 1.2.2 does not properly handle selecting/dragging IWidgets as
one unit, and it does not set the bindings correctly (unless you
manage to select the widget outer frame). It's why you can still use
keyboard entry in EDIT mode, or select items in a listbox, or open
the combobox.
I hope all these problems will be addressed in the next 1.5.1 release.
In particular you will be able to select/drag/move IWidgets in the form
editor directly, and keyboard entry will be disabled in EDIT mode.
