Try running ./vtsetup.tcl then select only
"Core Tcl/Tk Library" and "vtcl library".
Then start ./vtcl.
In the 1.5.1a1 version BLT and IWidgets are not
supported (they will be in the next beta).
I think Tix fails to load if it is not detected, but I'm
not sure.
