[vtcl-user] different size running-vtcl

Hello,
when editing a project in vtcl, buttons seem to be a (very) little bit smaller
(or with a smaller padding?) then when the application is run outside vtcl.
Anyone an idea why this might happen? It is a bit anoying, because I set
xminsize and yminsize on some toplevels, which I have to correct afterwards ...
