Just to avoid confusion, there are no extra files required for
the mclistbox, they are part of the 1.5.1 release (published yesterday).
The scrollbar fix is part of 1.5.1 too.
Also, don't go to Scriptics, since ActiveState is now hosting the Tcl/Tk
pages. Go to http://www.activestate.com for the 8.3.3 release of Tcl/Tk.
ActiveState hosts documentation pages about Tcl/Tk as well.
The latest 1.5.1 is now compatible with Tcl/Tk 8.3.3

You should download the files for the mclistbox on the sourceforge site
where you would have gotten the vtcl 1.5 code. Documentation for the
widget is in that package in html and other formats. However, you may
also wish to link to http://dev.scriptics.com/man/tcl8.3.2 for more
information on the listbox commands and so on. These two sources should
answer most of your questions. Unless you want scrollbars, then you might
check the archives for a posting I recently made regarding broken
scrollbars.
