[vtcl-user] Open window with a button click

Hi all,
I have now solved my old problem now I want to open a window by clicking
a button to do a dialog box but I don't be able to do this!

I try the comand:

wm protocol .top22 WM_OPEN_WINDOW

but it dosen't work! What can I do? Any suggest?
