Hello!
With recent CVS version of vTcl I stumbled over the fact, that vTcl
won't startup if you did not enable lib_bwidget.tcl with ./vtsetup.tcl
I use linux as operating system with wish8.3
If it's not a bug in the startup code but a requirement for running
vtcl perhaps it should not be a choise for the user, and at least it
should be enabled by default.
