I am beginning a new project with vtcl 1.6. Some questions:
Are there any docs to describe some of the new features? E.G. I see a new attribute called propogate (at the bottom). Can you explain what this does? Also, how do I use the right click menu on attribute fields, where you get options like (this was in 1.5.2 also) apply to, save option for, ... etc. Did 1.6 change how it finds .vtlcrc, i am guessing that 1.5.2 uses a global version where 1.6 uses a more local copy, i.e. in the same directory as vtcl. Do I have this correct? For the time being I need to have 3 versions installed at the same time.
