I don't know if it is me, but it seemed 8.3.3 fixed the 2 second delay on
Unix with the raise command.
The bug seems to be back in 8.3.4 and 8.4.0.1b2, or at least my Redhat 7.2
system with KDE 2.2 still exhibits the problem.
I am thinking to add an option to vTcl to replace the raise command by
nothing to suppress this annoying delay.
In the meantime, you can do
proc raise {args} {}
to suppress the delay.
Also, does anyone know how to prevent KDE from moving the windows a few
pixels from where you tell it to place them ? Everytime I start vTcl KDE
offsets my windows a bit.
