I got a fix in the CVS, but there seems be a delay on SourceForge. Even
though the change was checked in, it does not yet appear in the browse CVS
section nor does it update locally (they are saying they are using a backup
CVS server that could cause 24-hour delays).
Your project has an inexisting menu that was attached to a popup menu. The
second popup menu from the left on the first property page is empty. You
should delete it or configure the -menu option to an empty string.

Hi VTcl user's,
Some days ago I posted a help requested because I
could not save my project when using VTcl-1.6b2. Now I
realize thats "downgrading" to VTcl-1.6a2 the things
become ok.
I also posted a support request under number 773669
"Error when saving a file" and tracked it but no news
at the moment. Has someone face similar problem like
this?
