I seem to be unable to get visual tcl to run under NT 4.0. I've got Tcl 7.6
and Tk 4.2, and they both run. I can even run the sample apps generated by
vtcl. Unfortunately, I seem to be unable to run vtcl itself.

I've set the VTCL_HOME variable to d:\vtcl which is where I installed vtcl.
Also, .tcl files are associated with wish. Any thoughts on why it may not
be running? (I know it's starting up, for laughs, i changed the version of
tcl that it checks for from 7.5 to 7.7, and it brought up the version window
- and yes, I have changed it back to 7.6 :)

TIA,
