Creating Compounds ?

Hi All,

I've recently started using Visual TCL, and think it's
really cool.  

Can anyone help me out w/ creating user compounds?

Do they have to have a toplevel?

I'm trying to create a compound that consists of only
a frame with a label and radio buttons. but, somehow
the radio buttons don't show up in the compound. 

Is this a bug or do I need to follow some procedure to 
create them correctly?
