vt-1.08 bug with win32

hi, just uploaded 1.08 beta to the UK home and downloaded to my win95
box. Loaded up a real simple 1.07 app using tcl/tk8.0a2 and had the
following (non fatal) response

invalid command name ""
    while executing
"$vTcl(w,widget) configure -cursor $vTcl(cursor,last)"
    (procedure "vTcl:bind_release" line 1)
    invoked from within
"vTcl:bind_release 416 211"
    (command bound to event)

this occurs while the project is coming up.

Nice to see VTCL is still alert
