Unless I've missed something, the only way to re-order menu items is to
delete them and start over or do it manually outside of vTcl.
I was going to suggest buttons for "Add Before" and "Add After", but this
only lets you place them anywhere, not move them at a later time.
Better would be:
o "Move Up" and "Move Down" buttons.
o Drag and drop placement in the listbox. An example of this is the
Bookmarks file in Netscape. This might not be very difficult (re-bind
button 1 motion and change the cursor?) but may not be intuitive to
tcl/tk users since it's not supported generally in the listbox widget.
No hurry for this. I'm sure nobody wants to delay 1.09!
