Anyone have an example of how one could extend the balloon help concept?
For instance, I would love to be able to point to a field in the attribute
editor, press a key or something, and get a message that tells me about
the attribute, the types of values that can go there, what they do,
perhaps even show me a few examples in the case of the padding, relief,
etc.
