I tried to do that using "wm transient" on all sub-windows, however
this causes an undesirable effect on Windows... the transient windows
are not resizable. This is not the case on Unix. There is also a bug
in Tk8 which causes it not to honour the behaviour correctly.
I will make a change for the next release that manually tracks windows
for vtcl and exposes them appropriately.
