These buttons are slightly broken in 1.08, but I've fixed them for
1.09 - what they do is provide a mechanism for performing some code
before and after a window is instantiated (in response to the
"Window show" command). An example is if you want to automatically put
some values in a listbox that's part of a window right after it's
created.
