I can see how this could happen if the "old" .top19 had not yet
been created (shown) and you created a new toplevel and a couple
other things happened to be in alignment. There is code which
checks for the existence of a same-namewidget before trying to create
a new one, but I now see how this is not strong enough for toplevels.
I'll try to work in a fix for 1.10. Thanks for the report.
