Binding Problem

 Hello,
       I am building a GUI with a toplevel and a canvas within this 
canvas there are two canvases I am building a window with a frame and 
button within the main canvas. This window is movable with a button click 
and button move binding but when I place this window within the smaller 
canvas and try to bind again it does not bind.
