Installing vtcl ...

I having problems installing an running Vtcl on windows 95 and unix
environments.

On windows 95  I am able to install Vtcl but when I try to run it from
windows explorer, it displays the Vtcl logo for few seconds and then it dies
(no messages).  Does anybody have any idea ?? 


On Unix (HP-UX) I am not even ablke to untar it (directory checksum error).
