The soon-to-be-released v1.10 lets you use the up and down arrows
to move the menu items around.

I've forgotten if this was in v1.09 or not.

This is also how you change the packing order of widgets when using the
PACK geometry manager, now that the "pack before/after" buttons are
gone.
