Here's a another new user with a few questions:
Disclaimer: I've not read all the man pages and such.
So, a potentially dumb (RTFM) question might show up.
1. Can TCL do random numbers or must you call an external program?
2. Can VTCL do drag-n-drop type actions?
3. I want to use a bitmap as an array of icons or smaller bitmaps.
Will VTCL allow me to read it into memory and display the
smaller images? This is similar to the VB pic_clip control.
4. How easy is it to change the mouse cursor dynamically?
