Yes, it's me!

First, I want to re-iterate that I'm absolutely fascinated with vtcl. I
think it's going to be a new hobby for me.

Second, I'd like to point out the I've been fooling with xwpe, an editor
for Unix which operates both in and out of X-windows. So far, I'm
darned impressed with its keyboard support, because of its similarity to
the interface for the MS-DOS edit command. This is the sort of thing
that really knocks my socks off.

Anyway, to the question: I'm tooling around with the vtcl source code
to explore keyboard bindings, and I tried re-binding the <alt-f> key to
point to the main vtcl File menu. I did this by adding "-underline 0"
to the spec for the menu itself, then I re-bound the proc screen toggle
to <ctrl-alt-f>.

The underline appears in the File menu entry, and when I press
<ctrl-alt-f>, the proclist toggles, but when I press <alt-f> I get a
beep and nothing happens.

What do I do next? Can someone offer me another clue?
