Hi !!

I think, I have found a bug in vtcl 1.10 ...

When the mouse cursor is over a button, the balloon widget pops up -
taht's ok - but on my machine (Solaris/Tcl8.0) the mouse cursor will be
hidden after a short time (3-4 seconds) without any motion - so the
balloon widget disappears but then I get the message:

Error: Window name "balloon" already exists in parent !

The stack trace gives me:

window name "balloon" already exists in parent
    while executing
"toplevel .vTcl.balloon -bg black"
    (procedure "vTcl:balloon" line 7)
    invoked from within
"vTcl:balloon .vTcl.toolbar.tb3 $vTcl(balloon,.vTcl.toolbar.tb3)"
    ("after" script)

It seems that there is another creating of the balloon widget - I think
there must be a check before that (like: if {![winfo exists balloon]}
{toplevel balloon ....}).

Well, I'm new at vtcl so I don't know the exact position of the error,
but I'm very impressed about the usability :-)

Best regards,
Christoph
