I am a new user of Tcl/Tk and have just started using Visual Tcl. I have
followed the tutorials all O.K.
The error message I receive is
can't use placer on top-level window "."; use wm command instead
Now I never got this when following the tutorials. I simply start Visual
Tcl. Click on NewWindow icon. Rename to something like "test" and then save
as test1.tcl
Upon loading the test1.tcl file I get the above error message.
I have discovered that if I save this as test.tcl i.e. no numbers in the
filename, then all is O.K.
Why cannot the filename include numbers?
