This is my first time on this list. Let me explain what I know; nothing!
I'm a MS programmer for a long time and want to switch to Linux using vtcl.
Would anyone tell me how to do 'event handling' ? What I have in mind is
take care of mouse with/without a form. where is it, which button is pressed,
what about scroll buttons etc. even if mouse is dealing with another app. ?
Any comments appreciated...
