Hi,
Your condition is normal, it's called this is a real tool.
Like all good software it's doing exactly what you are telling it to do.
Here is a small primer.
1. Start vtcl.
2. Nav as follows: File > New
3. Attrib Window > Title ... enter new name followed by <CR>
4. File > Save as >Enter a Name
5. File > Close
6. File > Open > Select the new name.
7. File > Save will now work as expected.
8. Don't confuse your tcl app with any tcklets you create. You make tcklets from
tcl mains always. If you want to modify a tclet you edit the tcl main app then
save the main then gen a tclet.

Subject: [vtcl] can't save

Visual tcl is better then I had hope for (maybe replace visual basic?).
I have a slight problem that I'm sure is my fault. My problem is that
I can not save. I'm using tk only for now, just to experiment with
Visual TCL. I click on the save as button, a directory comes up and I
select a directory. When I press enter this message is displayed,
"Error: unknown option "-title". What have I done wrong?

jjc
PS: I'm using Linux Red Hat 6.0
