Greetings friends,
I'm back after a month's absence and just getting caught up on emails. I'm
sorry to have missed Sunday's meeting, so much is happening and there were,
undoubtedly good discussions. I want to put on the agenda for next meeting
a discussion about VTJP (or a subset of VTJPers) interested in strategizing
a local direct action campaign to bring Israeli/Palestinian, Iraq (- is
there confirmation on the Israeli subcontractors at Abu Ghraib?) issues more
into the public discourse. And, when is the next meeting? Somehow I've
lost track of our "regular" schedule.

Five people have written back so far to say they support signing as a group.
Is there vtjp-er out who would OPPOSE doing so? If I don't hear any nays in
two days, I'll sign us on.
Marc

Dear Marc, a) Yes, in view of the coming anniversary of the Nakba, I think
it consistent with VTJP's philosophy to sign on AS A GROUP. Could you act as
coordinator, and ask via e-mail for a stated response from members?
b) I will sign on as an individual, and will ask Marmete tomorrow if she
wishes to do so.
Thanks for doing this. Miriam
