Folks, At the Boston Social Forum yesterday I met Alice Rothchild, MD, after her presentation at one of the workshops. She is one of the doctors involved in the Jewish American Medical Project, which provides medical services to Palestinians living under occupation. Dr. Rothchild is located in Boston and would be available to come to Vermont, speak, and present her slides (see the website) about her trips to Palestine. If we invite her to speak during the academic year we may be able to get cosponsorship from the med school and various other departments at UVM.
