Gary Kowalski, Unitarian Universalists Church The White House has tried hard to silence the voices of those who question the war by calling them unpatriotic and unsupportive of the troops. They have tried to prevent discussion and debate. But military families, veterans, and workers who are paying the price of a misguided war in Iraq are breaking the silence. Join us for an evening of discussion and organizing around the demand, “Support our troops – by bringing them home!” Find out too how you can get on the bus to NYC for the protest outside the Republican National Convention. Presented by the Bring Our Troops Home (BOTH) Coalition including the American Friends Service Committee, the Burlington Peace and Justice Center, Military Families Speak Out, the International Socialist Organization, and the Burlington Anti-War Coalition (BAWC) Free and open to the public with a special welcome to families of soldiers, veterans, and union members.
