Here's a couple of examples of LICENSE files with other licenses mentioned
after the AL:

Its fine to include wording explaining that it only applies to a specific
test file.

Think i agree with you about the NOTICE text not being needed. We could
clarify that on legal-discuss@ but i'm not sure its necessary until someone
objects to doing it like this.
