I'm trying to replace a Pix 501 with a Vyatta router/firewall on my home network. I think I have most of the configuration migrated except I can't seem to figure out how to get the Vyatta device to configure one of its interfaces with DHCP and then to NAT all traffic to that DHCP assigned IP address. In particular, the vyatta device should receive a DHCP address from my cable-modem provider, then go on to NAT all of my RFC1918 networks behind that one public interface.
Eventually I hope to get my home network running v6 (probably the factor that most led met to displace the Pix), but until then (and perhaps afterward), I still need to mess around with NAT'ing behind a DHCP assigned addr. Any pointers? -- William
