I'll save everyone the bandwidth and not post the switch configuration. It is working as I expected it would now. It will teach me to not be lazy and use the gui tools. Port 22 was not configured properly regardless of what the gui interface was telling me. As soon as hooked up via the console I saw my mistake. I feel just a little silly now.
