Oops.

Apologies, Cisco-A would be forwarding, as it would be toward the root
bridge. The fact that no other port on the Cisco is forwarding essentially
means that no packets go through the Cisco, but the Cisco might have a
local management address, and Cisco-A would provide access to that
management address via DomX.
