Do the systems have their default gateway set to the Vyatta? Is it the directly connected interface? Looking at your DHCP config, only systems on the .69 network would be able to reach the .68, but those on the .68 wouldn't be able to reach the .69 network, unless their default gateway is configured with a static address.
